Apartment was like a home from home. We were in apartment 4 but were moved to apartment 2 as 4 hadn't been cleaned when we checked in. Apartment 2 was very comfortable a little noisy with traffic but all the mod cons. Staff very friendly helpful and accommodating

The alarm was going off for 1st night but was resolved the next day. Lots of traffic at night.

Péssimo, não indicaria para ninguém e não retornaria.

Chegamos mais ou menos 10:30pm no local, nosso plano era tomar um rápido banho e conhecer alguns bares de Liverpool. Infelizmente para a nossa surpresa o nosso flat estava imundo, com garrafas de cerveja por todo o lado, toalhas jogadas no chão do banheiro, a cama suja e com o lençol usado, louça na pia de dias, recibos de mercado que datavam de quase 2 semanas atrás, o lixo cheio. Obviamente o local não havia sido limpo. Imediatamente entramos em contato com o contato disponibilizado pela propriedade para URGÊNCIAS e resolução de problemas. Para a nossa triste surpresa, todas as ligações foram recusadas (sim, RECUSADAS, o que indica que claramente o responsável pelo número viu que estávamos ligando e passando por uma situação de emergência e não quis atender propositalmente). Tentamos enviar mensagem no WhatsApp, contendo fotos e vídeos do que encontramos e não houve retorno algum. Entramos em contato com o Serviço de Atendimento Internacional da Booking.com e fomos atendidos de forma muito rápida. Curiosamente, a Booking.com conseguiu entrar em contato com a proprietária responsável pelo imóvel em menos de 2 minutos, que nos alocou num outro flat no mesmo prédio que por sorte estava limpo. A proprietária em momento algum me ligou para explicar o ocorrido ou se desculpar. Ela enviou uma mensagem através do portal de mensagens do Booking dizendo que viu minhas mensagens e minhas ligações, mas que houve um infeliz problema com a limpeza e que lamentava o ocorrido (sendo que em nenhum momento ela nos retornou). Gostaria de acrescentar que, além do pagamento da estadia, foi pago um depósito no valor de quase 400 euros em caso de dano à propriedade. É absurdo que uma taxa tão alta dessa não reflita na responsabilidade do proprietário de checar a propriedade logo após o check-out e não garantir a entrega de um serviço eficiente e de qualidade para o próximo cliente. Infelizmente perdemos praticamente a noite toda de sexta resolvendo problemas.
