The accommodation was lovely, and it's quite close to a bus stop to take you to central Florence. Very good value for money. Since it's an apartment, you get key access to the building, so you're able to arrive back anytime you want to.
The host, Pierpaolo, is most certainly the best part of it. Other reviews have pointed this out, and it's very much true. He is very helpful and will always check up on you. Due to unfortunate circumstances, I arrived hours early for my check-in, but he adapted and made the room available to me quickly. Staying here made my trip to Italy extra special 😁 I HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! We spent 3 days here and enjoyed every single moment. The house is beautiful, incredibly bright, and spotlessly clean. It is also perfectly equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood, which is a huge plus — it’s the perfect place to get a great night's sleep and recharge after long walks around the city.
The rooftop terrace is just breathtaking. Also, it’s worth mentioning that this kind of high-quality accommodation usually costs much more — it was a truly fantastic deal for the price!
Special thanks to our host, Pierpaolo. He is an incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive person. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely caring and attentive to their guests. Pierpaolo, thank you for making us feel so welcome and for being there whenever we needed help. Your hospitality made our trip to Florence truly special.
We are already planning our next visit to Florence and we will definitely stay only here! Next time, we want to stay much longer than 3 days. We are already recommending this place to all our friends.
