O apartamento é amplo e muito bem decorado, demonstrando os cuidados do proprietário Sr. Luigi com os mínimos detalhes. A rua e o prédio são silenciosos, localizado exatamente em frente à estação de tram Frederiga, com transporte rápido para o centro em cerca de 10 minutos. A garagem é ampla e de fácil acesso. Antes de chegarmos, vimos um comentário de um inquilino anterior no Booking, dizendo que poderia morar no apartamento. Não é exagero! O imóvel está preparado com todas as comodidades e conforto para facilitar a viagem. Cozinha completa incluindo máquina de lavar louças, além de ar condicionado em todos os ambientes. Além do apartamento ser perfeito, o proprietário Sr. Luigi é extremamente simpático e agradável, gostamos muito de conversar com ele. Além disso, ele nos ajudou em tudo o que precisamos. Recomendamos a estadia e com certeza voltaremos ao apartamento em uma próxima estadia na Toscana.

Krásný byt plně vybavený, najdete v něm úplně vše - ručníky, balíčky se zubními kartáčky a pastou, balíčky na holení, sprchové gely, plně vybavenou kuchyni s čajem, kávou i základním kořením, pračku, sušičku. Všude čisto. Byt je v přízemí. Klimatizace pomáhá při horkých letních dnech. Ocenili jsme možnost parkování u domu. 2min od bytu je zastávka tramvaje, kterou dojedete do centra města za 15 minut. Majitel je velmi milý, ochotný a starostlivý. Vyšel nám vstříc při prodloužení pobytu.
Nenašli jsme nic, co by se nám nelíbilo.

Super Appartement und Luigi ist einfach super, sehr zuvorkommend, bemüht und fürsorglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen und man ist sehr schnell mit der Straßenbahn im Zentrum. Wirklich empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
