We loved our stay, the location was fantastic. We enjoyed being outside of Old Town, but just a quick walk to Ploce gate, with no steps to enter the main area. (There are steps up to the apartment. After exploring the area, I think we got off easy!) We loved looking out our windows and seeing a beautiful view of Old Town. We were thankful for the very adequate A/C during our stay, and the beds (including the sofa bed) were very comfortable for 3 adults. I think we missed a good chance to meet the owners, as we were VERY tired at the end of each day and on arrival, There was a wine bar on the property we didn't have a chance to try, so leave time for that! Grocery store, bakery, Airport Shuttle, and Banje Beach all close by. I'd definitely try to stay here again if I'm lucky enough to return to Dubrovnik.

Location and friendliness of the owners managers. Accommodation was spacious bright and clean. In-house bar was a real bonus.
The steps ... no lift for us oldies! TV was unavailable. Description of property implied a separate bedroom whereas all one accommodation.

Die Lage war perfekt. Zu Fuß in 5 Minuten in der Altstadt und herrlichen Blick aufs Meer.
Dass ein Fensterläden kaputt war und immer zu viel bei der tollen Aussicht.

Remek elhelyezkedés, két perc séta az óváros. A szállás elegáns, polgári villa szerű épület, korabeli és szépen díszített lépcsőházzal, kovácsoltvas korlátokkal, díszítőelemekkel, antik nyílászárókkal. Az udvaron 8-10 görög teknős vette birtokba a mediterrán növényzet adta élőhelyet. Pálmák, leanderek, jukkák és egyéb apró növények járulnak hozzá az igen kellemes összképhez. A teraszról csodás kilátásban gyönyörködhet az ember kávét kortyolgatva, vagy koktélozva, miközben szemben Lokrum szigete, jobbra a fenséges Dubrovnik óvárosa, a tengeren a csillogó napsütés, vagy a holdfény tündöklése.
A Lokrum sziget Sup-pal 15 perc, az evezés végén a szállás hatalmas udvarán felfújva el tudtam helyezni, így minden nap levittük a partra és nem kellett újra meg ujra felfújni.
A szállás jól felszerelt, minden igényt kielégít!
A közelben 3 kisbolt, két pékség és sok-sok étterem/kávézó található, minden nagyon közel van.
Mosógép, hűtő, főzőlap, mikro, kávéfőző, hajszárító, vasaló, stb….
A szállásadó korrekt, rugalmas.
Ár/érték arányban szerintem teljesen rendben van a hely!
Egyedül a privát parkolás hiánya.
