It is close to Border & my Dr Appointment.
They advertise free breakfast and it’s not always available. They offer 1 breakfast when I rent for 2. The prices are higher when advertised as a special. They advertise as a luxury but the service isn’t offered as such. One day we had to walk a distance to get our own complimentary breakfast. I was charged for courtesy free water. They need customer service training and you have to go down stairs to get anything you need vs room service.

Great location & not far from border. Restaurants to order for room service are very close and convenient.
I didn’t like that in order to have a great room with air conditioning you have to walk up a flight of stairs. There’s no priority for the disabled for a decent room with A/C on a lower level floor. There’s was nobody available to carry luggage as requested.

I liked its close to the border.
Some room service ladies were not working as required. You don’t see ethusiasm from work. I had to keep asking for toilet paper. Water was hot especially the water dispenser for drinking on each floor.
