We absolutely loved the neighbourhood and the apartment! The apartment is small, maybe too small for some individuals, but for us it was just the perfect size. We loved the neighbourhood, it is a 20 minute walk to the center of Asakusa, but it is a nice walk. We had good connections to everywhere that we wanted to travel to, and we did, almost daily. We stayed on the 7th floor so the view over the neighbourhood and SkyTree was absolutely lovely! The washing machine was very useful, and all the instructions for garbage collection as well. The check-in was easy and so was the check-out - it was just us, we did not meet with anyone. The sheets were clean, the kitchen was clean as well, and overall it felt clean. There were enough towels and detergent to last us for 8 days. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were cosy and comfy. Also, a nice touch, we dried our clothes very easily in the bathroom with the drying technology from there. Really useful, a great touch! We would seriously consider staying here again if we were to travel to Tokyo and 100% recommend Asakusa for the quiet, local vibe. Be sure to check out the park right next to the building, so lovely!
I would say there was mainly one thing, unfortunately. The bathroom, especially the toilet was definitely not cleaned and disinfected, because there were brown markings on the inside. Luckily we had disinfectant with us in our luggage and we cleaned it, but it felt icky. Also, I dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the couch - and it definitely showed that nobody vacuumed that area in a long time. Be careful, we did see this after we already chose the place - the couch is a two person couch and it can fold out - we did not do this, but it can be folded out. But the bed is only for one person, so be mindful. Me and my husband fit in the bed and we slept in the one person bed - but it truly is only for one person. Also, we stayed for 8 days and the shampoo/gel were not enough, it felt wasteful to use a lot of small ones, so maybe for the future, consider larger bottles in the bathroom.

Good value, place is well prepared for stays (clean, close to a Ginza line station etc.). Our room was also had a great view of the Tokyo Skytree, so extra props for that.

Reasonably located - short distance to most public transport and walkable - (about 25 mins) to Asakusa district and Skytree tower. The 2 bedroom unit was a reasonable size for Tokyo accommodation.
Some annoying misses for a longer stay. Not enough utensils, no toaster, dishwasher didn’t work, oven fan wouldn’t turn off and kept beeping during night, bathroom towels were narrow and inadequate (see photo ) , no sink plug to wash up and no tea towels. Door keypad was temperamental - took me 5 try’s to work it out - and instructions for garbage disposal were totally wrong . No major issues , just irritants. Beware - Second bedroom was very small
