The hotel is located within walking distance to a shopping street frequented by the locals and where we bought lots of gifts for home. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and accommodated our request for a later checkout. I had an enjoyable chat with the young male barrister manning the coffee bar who showed me pictures on his handphone of places in Kunming to visit. Overall a very good choice of a hotel to stay in at Kunming.

Hotel is new. Everything is high tech. Even toilet bowl is warm. Breakfast has good variety of food. Staffs are very friendly.
Only drawback is shower place is very open. For couple is OK. If two guys or two gals stay, a bit too exposed.
