NO HOT WATER - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

2026 - NO HOT WATER- NO SHOWERS. If your idea of a good stay is being in apartment with no hot water for 4 days and three nights, then this is the rental for you. We arrived through an unnecessarily complicated key finding mission, to get to the apartment and discover a number of defects: 1. The water. Sorry no hot water. No way to turn it on. They said they would send someone, who did not fix this and a specialist was apparently required. Was it fixed while we were there? No. Four days. No hot water for showers or washing dishes. I texted the rental company every day, morning, afternoon, and night and their response: we will get back to you. 2. The kitchen door to the balcony - could not close it. The "someone" who came to "fix" things, closed it on the second day. One night, sleeping with a door open. Very safe. 3. The door to the bathroom - could not close it. No privacy. 4. The sink in the bathroom - could not close it. So any hopes of maybe bathing in the sink (BATHING IN THE SINK), also not possible. 5. The sink in the kitchen - faucet sprays everywhere. At least you get to wash your face with a cold spray. 6. Hairdryer? Forget about it. Use it to try to close the door in the kitchen. Defective place, save your money, go somewhere else! Unhelpful rental agency.

I am about to embark on a long argument with the people from CleanBnB who rent out the apartment on the owners' behalf, because I did not go through the "right channels" to inform them of these deficiencies. Excuse me, but I can send you screenshots and pictures, to show anyone thinking of renting here, to stay very far away and clear of you as a rental company and from this unit. Unless of course people do not require basic hygienic facilities like a SHOWER or to be able to WASH dishes. Do not stay here, people. Avoid at all costs. Milan is expensive enough. Spend your money elsewhere.

Comfortable stay with everything you need.

This is a lovely apartment in sn older style building. Very light, modern kitchen and bathroom, 2 toilets. Comfortable beds. The location was good; a quiet residential area close to the tube and a few stops from the Duomo. 15 minutes walk to Navigli area for dinner. A few local cafes down the street. We were there during hot August, so appreciated the fans in the bedrooms. Also great to have a washing machine. The host/ manager was very responsive. This was our first time having to open the front door withQR code. We found that it took a a good minutes to load, so open it on your phone as you approach the apartment.

The worst apartment I had ever stayed.

It is close to the metro.

Before our arrival, the accommodation did not provide an accurate address. When we followed the navigation through Booking, we took a big detour. Even after I asked via WhatsApp, the address they gave was still wrong—they wrote “7” instead of “7A.” Apart from implicitly mentioning the building number and floor in a video, they never provided any written information specifying the exact apartment details. The air conditioning had very serious issues. On the first night, we turned on all three AC units, but the temperature never went below 28°C. My parents and I had to sleep on the living room floor for the night; my mother showed clear signs of heatstroke, and I caught a cold with a sore throat. Imagine being in Milan with 33–34°C weather while the accommodation’s air conditioning does not work—it was unbearable. The next morning, I negotiated with the agency for a refund (even though the booking was officially non-refundable, they admitted the apartment’s actual conditions were far below what was promised). At first, they claimed we were using the AC incorrectly, saying the remote control should not be set to 16°C, otherwise it would not function, and that it should be set above 20°C instead (how ridiculous!). We tried as they suggested, but the room still would not cool down. They eventually sent a technician, who cleaned the AC filters. After that, two units started working slowly, but the other one still could not bring the temperature below 28°C. We contacted the host again, but the technician failed to arrive on time. In the end, the main bedroom AC still could not reach the set temperature (it stayed at 28°C). I also filed a partial compensation request through Booking, but I have received no response at all. The videos cannot be loaded to the booking.com's review. I listed all the communication with them.

Safe and quiet location, very cozy, A/C in each room, I will come back for sure. Very easy acces, close to M4 and M2.

Asunto oli ihan ok paikalla, ruokakaupat, metro, raitiovaunu yms. oli lähellä asuntoa. Sängyt oli aivan mukavat. Huoneisto oli tilava. Hyvä kun oli kaksi wc:tä.

Yksi makuuhuone kadulle päin ja sieltä kuului äänet aika hyvin huoneeseen, erilaiset eristykset kuin pohjois-euroopalaisissa taloissa. Asunnossa oli kolme ilmastointi yksikköä mutta kuumalla eivät ne jaksaneet kunnolla kylmentää. Suihkussa veden lämpötila vaihteli suuresti, johtui siitä että lämmitettiin suoraan kaasulla ei ollut lämminvesivaraajaa. Parvekkeen tuolit ja pöytä aika kehnot samoin ruokapöydän tuolit. Pyykin kuivausteline todella pieni seinä mallia, vain sukille ja kalsareille.

In de woonkamer waren de zitplaatsen niet erg comfortabel Airco in de slaapkamer was niet echt te regelen, temperatuur stond op 16 graden ingesteld maar kamer was zeker 23 graden
