Laura, the host, is a warm wonderful person, and very helpful. We loved being in a residential area, rather than in a tourist zone -- and the buses were easy. The room is very thoughtfully appointed.

Wszystko super, obiekt w pełni spełnił moje oczekiwania. Niczego nie brakowało. Łóżko wygodne, toaleta z suszarką do włosów, żelazko, wieszaki na ubrania, pralka, kuchenka, ekspres do kawy. Wszystko! Dodatkowo zostałyśmy poczęstowane świeżymi owocami i smacznym winem oraz spaghetti! Lokalizacja troszkę oddalona od centrum, ale bez problemu można tam trafić autobusami, komunikacja świetna, przystanek też niedaleko. Na początku ciężko było się połapać co, gdzie i jak, ale właścicielka - Laura - pomogła nam z wszystkim przez wiadomości. Bardzo pomocna i kochana kobieta! Spokojne miejsce naprawdę bardzo bardzo polecam z całego serca. Sama Florencja bardzo mnie zachwyciła i myślę, że wrócę tutaj do Laury w niedalekiej przyszłości! <3

- very friendly hostess/ warm welcome.
- Water, wine, coffee and pasta were ready for us.
- Cleanliness was good.
- Quiet surroundings.
- bed is far too hard (personal opinion).
- Bathroom is clean, but smells of moisture/mould (small exhaust system).
- More studio feel than flat.
- one window for whole app.
- free parking, but hard to find a place
For me, this was not really good value for money. Paid a rather large amount for a rather basic experience.
Overall not all was bad, but for me not worth repeating.
