We required an apartment at the last minute due to an issue with our accomodation and the host moved quickly to get everything setup. They moved quickly to get us setup. The apartment was big with plenty of space for all of us. The apartment was very comfortable and we really enjoyed it. Plus the service was top notch.

The location was good and apartment was comfortable.
There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke when we entered, and instructions on how to open the windows weren't provided (they're electric so it's unclear at first).
The booking was for two colleagues, but the host assumed it was a booking for a couple so only one room was made up, and one bathroom was properly set up.
The communication from the host was extremely poor. I asked for the second room to be made up at 2pm, she said it will be made up at 8pm. By 8:10pm I contacted to confirm, she said it will be another hour. An hour and half later still the bedroom was not ready and the host was not responding to my messages. It finally got made up at 10:15pm so I stayed up much later than planned after a very long travel day :/
The wifi didn't work in the bedrooms at all, eventually the host gave us a different wifi to use for the bedrooms but it should have been communicated beforehand.
