The apartment was spacious and clean and we really liked the mini kits of shampoo & conditioner etc - so handy as we had forgotten a couple of things. The hosts were helpful and friendly and the WhatsApp service meant any questions were answered pretty much straight away. The hosts provided a travel cot for us too which was a so helpful. The location is brilliant and was a perfect base to navigate Milan.
The apartment unfortunately wasn’t accessible friendly however we managed fine. We travelled with our 7 month old daughter and therefore had a pram. Access to the apartment required steps without lift access so not ideal with having a pram. The number code to open and close the front door was also a bit of a faff but we figured it out in the end.

We stayed in the 4 bedroom.
Huge space.
The open dining and lounge was a breath of fresh air.
Had kitchen, fridge, washing machine and 3 toilets.
Lots of stairs before reaching the elevator.

The apartment is simply stunning, beautiful, clean, and equipped to a high standard. The location is absolutely perfect and very central – everything is within a short walking distance: the Duomo, supermarkets, shopping areas, and convenient transportation. We enjoyed every single moment!
A small note for improvement: since we stayed for several days, we were missing a bit more basic supplies like toilet paper and dish soap, and we would have also appreciated a fresh towel change at least once during our stay. Other than that, the experience was excellent and we would definitely love to come back!

Location was great. Room was large and updated.
Shower door was missing causing water to pool outside shower. Aircon fan was noisy. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Asked for a mattress topper on the first day. Never received it. Road noise terrible. People screaming all through the night.
Wouldn’t stay again or recommend. Not for us.
