The communication beforehand with Daniel was excellent, he provided everything I needed to know in a timely manner. As always you have some reservations prior to arrival (the area, the security, the cleanliness..), but everything was excellent. The area is very new and feels very safe, there is a reserved parking bay right in front of the building, the building is new, people coming and going were all pleasant and said hello, the entrance hall, stairway, lift etc were all immaculate. The apartment itself is a very modern, clean and smells beautiful, my room overlooked the river. I meet Daniel who is a lovely young man and we had a great conversation before he left. There is a fully equipped kitchen, which is immaculately clean.
I cannot think of any point that could be improved.

Comfortable and clean. Daniel was very helpful. Near to train station to get to centre and SSE Hydro. Nice touch to have water in room and some tasty coffee bags.
Only one suggestion to make is possibly to have a small waste bin in bedroom.

Easy to get to from the motorway and there was a parking space right outside. The apartment itself is beautiful and Daniel was super helpful and very friendly.
