Escape to this spacious and elegant villa, featuring private parking and exclusive garden access, nestled in a serene residential area just minutes from Florence. With breathtaking hill views and a refined yet cozy ambiance, this home is designed for relaxation and comfort.
• Garden Level: A bright and airy living room with wide French doors opens to the garden, offering stunning views. Two comfortable sofas by the fireplace create a warm and inviting space. The wide dining area perfect for memorable meals. A fully equipped kitchen awaits passionate cooks, complete with an electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, and all necessary cookware for a true “Master Chef” experience. A guest bathroom completes this level.
• First Floor: a master suite boasts a double bedroom, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a bathtub. A second bedroom with a single bed (90x200) and a bathroom with a shower provides additional comfort.
• Second Floor: A bright open-space area with panoramic views, a double bed, and a private bathroom with shower.

The property is ideally situated uphill from a small village a few miles from Florence. An easy drive or bus ride and you’re in downtown Florence. The home is fully equipped with about everything you would want in your own home. The hosts are very easy to communicate with and readily available for any need. We stayed two weeks and found it perfect for our needs. As listed, there is only one TV in the main bedroom. There are no streaming services or CNN, etc., so we used our streaming stick to watch Netflix to have some options.
