Really nice apartment and the location is excellent. There were two of us and the apartment was just perfect. Bus stops right next to the door or nearby. You can also walk to the city center. Without the noise from upstairs we would give it full points.
The residents upstairs are talking loudly and making noise. Luckily not at night.

Top Wohnung - hier stimmt einfach alles. In Natura ist die Wohnung exakt so, wie es die Bilder versprechen. Auch die Ausstattung ist top. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Besen und Schaufel, einen Eimer inkl. Wischmop zum Aufwaschen, Bettwäsche, Hand- und Badetücher sowie jede Menge Stauraum und Platz. Klimaanlage funktiert ebenfalls einwandfrei. Parkhaus 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Rundherum alles für den täglichen Bedarf erhältlich - Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Apotheke, Cafés, Bars, Restaurants, div. Geschäfte ...

L’ubicazione era molto strategica
Gli infissi e le serrature erano fuori uso, le finestre si chiudevano male. Non si poteva fare il caffè perché non funzionava la piastra. Terzo piano senza ascensore non il top
