El apartamento está muy bien situado, estaba limpio y tanto la recogida de llaves como la estancia fueron muy buenas. En ese sentido, no tenemos ninguna queja y la experiencia con el alojamiento fue positiva.
El problema surgió con la factura. Viajábamos a Florencia por motivos laborales y necesitábamos una factura completa para poder justificar el gasto y solicitar el reembolso a nuestra empresa. La solicitamos al alojamiento y nos la enviaron rápidamente, lo cual agradecimos. Sin embargo, la factura no incluía las tasas turísticas que habíamos pagado.
Desde entonces hemos solicitado en varias ocasiones que nos envíen la factura corregida incluyendo dichas tasas, pero, casi un mes después de nuestra estancia, seguimos sin recibirla.
Es una pena, porque el alojamiento en sí estuvo muy bien, pero la falta de respuesta para solucionar algo tan sencillo nos está causando un problema a nivel laboral, ya que necesitamos justificar el importe total pagado.
Por lo demás, recomendamos el apartamento, pero deberían mejorar mucho la gestión y el seguimiento de las solicitudes relacionadas con la facturación.

We had an excellent, very comfortable stay. The balcony and the view are very nice. The location is unusually good in that it's very close to the train station (but still in a decent area) and right above the bus stops for buses to Siena and San Gimignano, for example. It's not a "fancy" neighborhood with hip cafes, but it's totally safe, and you don't hear any noise from the street. Everything was clean and worked well. Communications were smooth, and the person who checked us in was particularly helpful in fixing an urgent issue around 11pm.

Colchón y sofá, la puerta del piso no se puede cerrar por dentro, (no se puede echar la llave), el armario muy lleno de ropa de cama y no deja espacio para la ropa de las maletas
