The location is very comfortable, 20 minute walk from the Milano Centrale. The territory in which the b&b is located is secluded and very green with lovely birds. The bathroom is very comfortable. The host provided me with plenty of bath towels. The kitchenette is great: it has a small stove and a refrigerator. The bed (the sofa) is quite comfortable and big. There's a small balcony from which the church bells can be heard in the morning.
There are no mosquito nets, so I was bitten by mosquitos at night when the windows were open.

The host was very kind, helpful and friendly.
The location was also very quiet, yet surrounded by great restaurants and shops.
You can reach the Centre by feet in 30 min and also bus metro are close.
The sofa bed is very old and extremely uncomfortable. It serves its purpose as an extra option for additional guests (children). But as a main place to sleep, it’s unfortunately not worth the money.
The fittings are also showing their age and urgently need replacing (the cupboard doors are falling off).
The room is fine just for sleeping, but not for relaxing.
