De locatie was fantastisch, dicht bij veel bezienswaardigheden van Florence. Ook zat er een heerlijk restaurant tegenover deze accommodatie. Het appartement zelf had goede airco, en de badkamer was ook prettig. Daarnaast hoorde we niet veel lawaai van de straten.
De communicatie verliep stroef, we kregen pas 2 uur vantevoren informatie over de accommodatie via whatsapp, en niet via Booking. Het voelde dus een beetje als een scam. Degene die de sleutels gaf, Dania, was echter erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wat tegenviel was de 30 euro late check-in fee, omdat dit niet was gecommuniceerd vantevoren.

Location was excellent. Clean and very quiet
Be aware the flat it is accessed via several flights of steep steps/stairs with no lift - not good in 35 degree heat with a heavy suitcase 🥵
Also be aware there is a late check in fee. Despite a confirmed booking where I had given my arrival time - just 3 days prior to my arrival I was informed i had to pay €30 cash or cancel my booking.

L’emplacement est parfait et une déco sympa
L’appartement se situe sous les toits et n’est pas bien isolé. Il n’y a pas de chauffage sauf un climatiseur réversible. Il est donc très difficile de chauffer, il faisait assez froid lors de notre arrivée et il a fallut plusieurs heures pour atteindre une température acceptable.
Il manque quelques équipements de base pour que ce soit confortable (café, huile…)
