Fantastic apartment, beautifully designed and decorated. It was spotless clean, with separate AC in each room to suit everyone. Fabulous showers and big comfortable beds. The outdoor balcony area is private and peaceful.

The apartment was perfect, we had our adult three kids and partners staying together. There was so much space and private/clean bathrooms. The location was perfect, so central. The kitchen seemed well equipped but we didn’t really use it - we were in Italy after all, enjoying the local restaurants. Unfortunately we were there during obscene hot weather so we could not use the outdoor space which would have been such a bonus in florence. I was surprised how successfully the air conditioning managed in the 39 deg days, obviously an excellent system. Couldn’t have found a better place. Thanks

Location was super, walking distance to all the sights, restaurants and bars. Photos were true to form. The host, Valeria was great, she was quick to answer questions and helpful with suggestions. It was so good to have ensuites and/or separate bathrooms for each bedroom (4 bathrooms in total) - we were 3 couples. It was so clean, bright and spacious.Lovely outdoor roof terrace.
No real negatives. The directions/street address wasn’t completely accurate, but it was only around the corner. There wasn’t anything we really didn’t ‘like’, but it could be a bit loud during the night with people talking loudly going home from clubs etc, so you couldn’t leave your windows open - and occasionally we heard loud muffled club music. We didn’t enjoy the beautiful apartment as much as we would have liked as we were so busy out and about this amazing city, but that was our problem as we had family meeting us in Florence. Although it was wonderful to have a fantastic washing machine and lots of area to dry clothes, there was no clothes drying rack, so we had to be inventive. We only had 2 sets of keys for 3 couples, so we had to co-ordinate letting each other back in during the day and evenings. For a 5 night stay we could have had more toilet paper, soap and shampoo but the shop was close by. There anre stairs (no lift) but wide easy stone steps. Overall it was all great and I would highly recommend it.
