Looking for a quiet get away minutes from the beach? This updated condo has breathtaking views of the canal from a large deck. With a roomy second floor unit, it sleeps 5 comfortably and is in a quiet area of the Northside of Ocean City. Parking for one car, plus plenty of street parking. There are lots of restaurants and shopping a short walk away including Green Turtle, CVS, Food Lion and Starbucks. This is the perfect getaway to enjoy the fun of OC and the calm of staying on a charming canal.
The space
Located in the quiet Northside of Ocean City, this condo is near everything you need - most within walking distance.
The unit has two roomy bedrooms, one with a queen bed and an en-suite - with access to the large deck. The other has a queen and twin bed. There is also a second full bathroom off the main living area which has a bathtub.
The living area has a large 55’ smart TV and both bedrooms have a 32’ smart TV so you can enjoy your favorite streaming channels.
The dining room, living area and both bedrooms have ceiling fans but you may not need them as the cross breeze is very refreshing when you open the windows.
We also have central air conditioning for your comfort.
The full kitchen has all of the appliances and kitchenware you would need - oven, stove, dishwasher and a convenient washer and dryer in the unit.
We have some board and card games for your amusement too.

Unfortunately, the place really isn’t for young children! It isn’t child-proofed (outlet covers, corner cushions) and we don’t have high chairs or pack n plays.

10/10 would stay here again! The place was very modern and clean, had everything we needed and more. Wonderful balcony views and relaxing location. Patty was very responsive & very welcome and easy to communicate with. Perfect spot for our annual week OC family trip!
