The location was very good, with two Metro stations nearby, which were both used more than once. A "Pam Local" convenience store nearby was very handy for me, for food. The overall feel of the apartment was handy and sufficient for what I needed. The TV in the bedroom was very nice to use, with some channels to choose from. I usually prefer baths, but the shower was fine and the water pressure was good from both the shower and sink tap. Despite the noise from the kitchen of the nearby by Pizza restaurant, the apartment was quiet every night when I slept. The lighting, electrical equipment, sockets all worked well inside the apartment. The lift to the second floor worked well and was useful for going up to that floor (I often walked down the stairs). I'd recommend the apartment to Friends if they go to Milan.
Well, I was bitten by two ravenous mosquitoes on the last night (7 bites), although that wasn't the Owner's fault! The check-in, online, process, which used WhatsApp and a service called "Chekin", I found quite stressful as it didn't work very well and I'd been financially scammed the week before my visit as my travel information (Location, name of apartment and dates of travel), phone number and e-mail address had all been passed on by a data breach at Booking.com. This also meant that the Whatsapp approach of communication between myself and the apartment Owners was precarious and didn't take into consideration whether I had internet access on my phone or not (Fortunately, I received arrival information BEFORE I left home!). The arrival information was clear, but I am more used to meeting a living soul on arrival than to enter by stealth, which felt weird, although I knew I could still phone for help if required.
I think I might've required a larger refuse bin (I took a lot of food packaging to an external refuse location as I didn't want to leave it in the apartment). At first, I thought I only had a small teaspoon to use as cutlery and was glad that I could get a wooden, disposable fork with salad from the convenience store. It was only on the last morning, as I checking the apartment, that I found a small box, with plastic forks in it - that would've been useful to have known about from the beginning!
The noise from the kitchen of the nearby Pizza Restaurant was very loud. Either from the staff or from the crashes of crockery into containers in the courtyard. I know this wasn't a fault of the Apartment owners, but it was a bit disconcerting and not restful (Until after midnight).

I liked how clean it was, it felt very clean. Bed was very comfortable with very spongey pillows. Felt very modern, nice bathroom, great shower, shower gel and shampoo 'flavours' were tasteful. Simple and easy to get to, great location.
Struggled to operate the windows to either open them up or close them for privacy. Hosts did say i could ask any questions and no doubt would have helped me but i didn't realise i needed help until it was quite late in the night. Only there for a night so didn't seem worth hassle ultimately

Appartement très propre, bon confort, tout fonctionne à l'intérieur, idéalement placé.
J'ai trouvé l'appartement et les clés facilement, grâce aux indications de l'hôte.
L'hôte a tout géré à distance, via Whats'app, et a répondu rapidement et aimablement à toutes mes questions.
Je n'ai pas réussi à ouvrir les volets du salon, mais je n'ai pas essayé bien longtemps car je ne suis pas resté longtemps dans l'appartement (juste pour passer la nuit)
