Tha location is good. The swiming pool was just the right size to cool off in. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The chairs on the stoep and braai area sre very comfortable.
There was no one to meet us at the house. We received the keys from the security and that was it. We struggled to get in to the house only to find out later that we needed to use the back door of the house. We did not know what keys unlocks which doors. If you shower at night the water is cold the next morning even though the geyser stays on at night and uses electricity. There was no TV in the house even though it was advertised with one. We were 4 people in the house. We ran out of electricity by day 7 of our 9 night stay. I informed the owner, he said that he calculated how much elektricity we must use and he only loaded enough according to his calculations, which is 23.8 units per day. If we need extra we need to buy and load ourselves, which we did. On our last day we ran out of elektricity again and the prepaid meter turned off completely so we could not load electricity again. Which ment we were without power for 7 hours, our meat started to go bad and we decided it was best to leave early to get home. I told the owner what was going on, he did send someone over which did not help because he collected the meter but wanted to go jogging first before assisting us. We got a "To Do list" before we left from the owner, we completed it, we did our part but unfortunately the same could not be said. This left a very bad taste in our mouths.
