Liked the location. Even though on a hill it was a 10 -15 minute walk in through the old town to the center. Supermarket and a bakery a couple minutes away. Host met you at the road and assisted with luggage up many stairs to the villa. Also a luggage service was offered at your cost if you wished not to carry anything. 4 bedrooms - 2 upstairs with large kitchen and living room area fully equipped w/2 baths and washer/dryer. 2 bedrooms downstairs with ensuite baths and each a kitchen area not equipped very much. Lovely outdoor garden with furniture , fruit trees, hottub , pergola and wonderful view to the sea. Very quiet. Great place for families or friends traveling together.
The downstairs bedrooms should each be equipped with coffee/tea maker so if you get up really early you do not have to go up to the upstairs kitchen that is fully equipped and wake anybody up. I requested one and they kindly provided a coffee/tea maker.

There are a lot of stairs which is highlighted in the property description, however the stairs are worth it once you get to the accomodation.

The room was exceptionally clean, very spacious, and offered beautiful ocean views. Meeting the friendly cat and turtle made the experience even more special.
Be prepared for a daily climb, as there are a lot of steps to reach the property. However, it's typical for Dubrovnik and fully worth the effort.

Beautiful property, wonderful hosts! As many others stated, the stairs can be tough for older guests. But the views are so worth it. The jacuzzis were a huge plus, especially after long days of walking. Comfortable beds, a/c worked great, and solid wifi.
Only downside, not all the showers worked properly- specifically the downstairs rooms.
