About this house rental
Enjoy world class view of Old City and Adriatic Sea. Villa Branko has stunning views of Dubrovnik and is within easy walking distance to the town, beach and all the historical, cultural, and atheletic activities that Dubrovnik has to offer. The house is charming and beautifully crafted of white stone. The living/great room is large, airy and you can enjoy your morning coffee looking at the walled Old Town and the constant drama of ships and boats on the sea. The kitchen and outdoor terrace with its stone table and setting makes every meal a treat. The house has four bedrooms and five full baths and accomodates 8 adults comfortably. The house, terrace, garden and second floor balcony give you that picture postcard setting.
Please note: City of Dubrovnik has restricted car access on the streets near the Old Town. Rental cars are not allowed. If arriving to Dubrovnik by rental car please arrange with the car rental company to return before your check in. The violation fees for entering the no drive zone are expensive. If keeping car during your stay there is a large parking structure on the ither side of town. Ask me for more details if needed.

Our family just returned from Dubrovnik, staying in this wonderful place! Waking to the incredible view of Old Town is something I’ll never forget. The house was spacious and clean. The host communicated well and arranged transportation for us from the ferry dock and also to the airport on departure. We will stay here again! Thank you Kathy!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful spot with European charm sitting atop the old town of Dubrovnik. The views were sensational and the house was clean, spacious and very well appointed. The communication was excellent and we highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for charm, a great location and stunning views. Two thumbs up!

The check in was smooth, the location was awesome, the view was fabulous over looking The Old City (especially at night), the place had plenty of room for our family of five, was clean, and had all we needed to cook and do laundry. Spiral staircase leading to upstairs bedrooms could be a challenge for the elderly and fine for most. Parking is non-existent and we were able to find a local who rented out a parking space a block up the hill for a very good price.

The property manager, Dube was excellent as was the owner Kathy. Both were highly responsive and helpful. The house was well located and had a fantastic view of the old town and the sea. My criticisms would be that the house and furniture were “tired”. The beds were very soft. The oven and stovetop were not intuitive - at least not to a person from North America. We couldn’t figure out how to use the stovetop and there weren’t any instructions. I would not recommend using the driver service offered. The man did not help us with our bags or even say “hello”. I would have preferred to get an Uber if I had to haul my suitcases down the steps and out to the street. We still had a very nice time seeing Dubrovnik from this villa.
