The staff, Jen was fantastic. Great server, great person, friendly, professional and took great care of us. Same with Chris, both of them never missed a beat. Did not have alot of interaction with Sarah due to the time she is on schedule but she was great too! They, the location and cleanliness of the place makes us keep coming back.
The towels and washcloths. They were like sandpaper. Needs lots of softener.

Location was great. Crabbys is right around the corner, everything is within walking distance, no driving needed.
Staff are rude. Housekeeping manager (guy) super rude and disrespectful. 2nd time staying here that we tried to use the microwave and it blows a fuse. TV won't work after that either and getting someone to come in the middle of the night to fix anything is a joke. Pool was broken and needs repaired. You were supposed to need a bracelet to be at the pool but no one enforces it so random people were coming to the pool, especially from the restaurant. So it gets crowded for an already smaller pool. Parking is shared with beach access that is paid for, you have to pay $20 per vehicle per night to park but beach access gets better parking.
