The location, view , and noise was excellent we thought it would be over crowded with parties, but was a great nice stay. We were able to see the patrol horses come into the coastal guard area every night.
Figuring out parking was different. Didn't know there was a garage , ended up with 2 tickets first morning. A little more directions when booking was made would have helped alot.

Property is a short walk to the boardwalk. Loved that it has covered parking spot and an elevator. Very comfortable furniture. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes and cookware. Loved having a washer/dryer to use and 2 bathrooms is fantastic!!! Views of the bay from the balcony are awesome.
The property wasn’t very clean when we arrived. If the owner is paying for cleaning service, maybe find a new one? Bathtubs had black ring around the tub. Toilets had black marks in the bowl from rim to water surface. Stainless steel appliances in kitchen were fingerprinted and greasy. Countertops had crumbs. Sink had food stuck to it. Floors didn’t appear to be swept or mopped. Mirrors had toothpaste marks. I’m not complaining about the cleanliness, just wanted the owner to know in case they’re unaware.

The location of the building and the pool.
Floors were dirty and turned your feet/ socks black after a couple minutes of walking around. Shower head not spraying properly. Needs updates. AC vent above stove full of dust. Keurig coffee maker disgusting not cleaned and was advertised as a regular coffee maker as pictured . 2nd bedroom with 2 beds smelled like mold. Advertised as a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap...none of that was there but was dropped off 2 days later. 2nd shower constantly dripping. Drains clogged in shower right away. Dirty sheets left on beds. Extra sheets, towels, blankets thrown on floor on closets
Will not return to this particular apartment.
