Great property in a great location.

Such a great location. Was a really good use of space. Wi-fi and air conditioning were ideal!

There wasn’t really a balcony, more just the terrace on the way into property. A bread knife would have been good 😃

Air conditioning and fridge would not work and host would ignore messages being told this

The property is in a good location just off the navigli canal a five minute walk to the metro station

The aircon was poor even on full blast and the room was around 26/28 degrees fahrenheit at night. The fridge did not work and also let out a weird chemically smell. We contacted the host after our first night and were ignored we contacted him again and were ignored after a brief back and forth. He did manage to message reminding us when to check out again but would not provide me with an invoice that i needed personally upon polite request.

Renters Beware

It's Location

Upon my arrival into Milan I was left a message by property , the Fridge was broken and the Air Conditioning unit was not making cold air it was over worked.. I was also advised if it was ok to move all beds to lower floor so we can stay cool in Milan in July, not happening.. I wanted the extra space to spread out now that was gone.. I asked for Refund.. I then started looking.up my other options if they were still available. I was advised if I wanted to cancel, i would have to do so on my own and that would mean as a no show . I requested free cancelation through booking.com app to the property and was declined as I was a no show...I sent message to customer service and finally received a response as they are looking into it..Bad way to start Vacation.. Renters Beware..

Great value for money - location is perfect, right on Naviglio Grande with many bars and restaurants but still super quiet and peaceful as it's facing an internal yard. The host was very responsive, instructions super clear and it was super clean.

It's a bit dark and there was no hand soap.
