This tranquil retreat blends classic island architecture with modern comfort—perfect for a month of relaxed Hawaiian living. Unfortunately at this time, in-house Air Conditioning (A/C) is not available during your stay.

Work will occur Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and will include pressure washing and painting, with ladders used near windows, lanais, and balconies, which may result in daytime noise. Guests will be required to remove all personal items from the lanai/balcony, keep windows and doors closed during scheduled work, and may need to temporarily relocate vehicles for the duration of pressure washing and painting.
• Monthly rental only – fixed monthly rate applies regardless of nights stayed
• One assigned parking space for standard or compact vehicle only
• Oversized vehicles and street parking not permitted
• No garage access provided
• No air conditioning – ceiling and portable fans available

Location was excellent - close to the pool, Country Market and shops/restaurants and a short walk to the lagoons. Great view of the golf course and the Disney Resort. Suite and property was very clean. Was missing a basic coffee maker, toaster and a binder outlining how to operate the TVs and other equipment. Our rental company did provide the coffee maker and toaster the next day.
