Work will occur Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and will include pressure washing and painting, with ladders used near windows, lanais, and balconies, which may result in daytime noise. Guests will be required to remove all personal items from the lanai/balcony, keep windows and doors closed during scheduled work, and may need to temporarily relocate vehicles for the duration of pressure washing and painting.
• Monthly rental only – full monthly rate applies regardless of nights stayed
• Street Parking is available.

We had a very pleasant stay in the villa. The kitchen is very well equipped, it was nice to have a lanai to enjoy the outdoors. We would stay here again.

We spent 63 days in this unit from Dec 15 to Feb 17 2026. The unit was adequate, but there are several items that could make it much better. 1.Beds are advertised as queen, but they are actually between a full and queen.2.The living room furniture is fairly bland and not real comfortable, but once again, adequate.3.The unit would be so much better with a patio table with 4-6 chairs on the lanai. There are 2 lounge chairs, but in all our stays in HI, the ability to eat outdoors everyday makes a stay so much better.5.The kitchen is fine and my wife fell in love with the fridge.6.The advertising for the unit stated there was a garage for parking with no on street parking. This was incorrect as the garage was not usable and there was only on street parking. 7. 4 days after checkin, I was in the golf cart garage and simply looked over a partition the owners had to separate the big garage from the smaller golf cart garage where the trashcan and beach items are kept. The next day, I received a message from Ola Properties that the owners had seen me looking over the partition via their CCTV system. All I was doing was looking over the partition and I was immediately chastised warning me the owners garage was restricted for guest use. This was offensive and made us wonder if we were being watched anywhere else on the property.I feel qualified to mention these items as we have stayed exclusively at Coconut Plantation since 2013 in our regular annual visits to Hawaii.
