This 5-bedroom house in Chapel Hill is perfect for your escape to relaxation. Enjoy the soothing amenities like AC, WiFi, multiple TVs with streaming enabled. Relax in the sunroom which has full surround windows and 3 skylights, including a view of the large wooded backyard.
The 5 bedrooms include 4 queen beds and 2 twin beds, so there is plenty of space for guests to unwind. The home includes 3.5 bathrooms featuring 2 bathtubs and 3 showers.
Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. We are situated on a lovely 2.5 acre wooded lot with a huge back deck and patio - perfect for outdoor relaxation, grilling, etc.
The home is just a 15 minute drive from key attractions on UNC Chapel Hill's campus, including Franklin St., the Dean Dome, and Kenan Stadium, among others. Perfect for large groups traveling together for UNC's graduations, football games, basketball games and other notable trips to the Chapel Hill area!
The home is also conveniently located for other Triangle area destinations - just 30 minutes from downtown Durham and Duke University's campus, 30 minutes to the RDU airport and 45 minutes from downtown Raleigh.

I rate the property and owners 10/10. The owners were communicative and flexible. The property is gorgeous, well kept and well decorated. All of our guest loved it and had enough space to spread out and yet be comfortable.While in a quiet area of Chapel Hill, it’s a 15 minute drive from UNC‘s campus. And we arrived at the campus surprisingly fast for graduation day. That allowed us to get parking and make it to the graduation with ease..We will rent this property again when we’re in Chapel Hill.

Really enjoyed the stay. Host was super responsive. It’s in a heavily wooded area and plenty of space inside. We were 8 adults and never felt cramped, plenty of bathrooms. We’d stay here again!
