The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, making meal prep a breeze. Ideally located in Midtown Ocean City at 41st Street, this ocean-block gem is just steps from the beach and within walking distance to the OC Convention Center, popular eateries, and family-friendly attractions. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool, rinse off in the outside shower, and take advantage of the storage area for beach chairs. Outdoor pool is seasonal, opening and closing times may vary. Additional conveniences include an elevator, WiFi, cable and streaming TVs, a washer and dryer, and two designated parking spots. This property is available for full-week rentals from Saturday to Saturday during peak season and offers flexible 3+ night stays in the off-season. Book your stay and experience the best of Ocean City in this stunning penthouse retreat! Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps, and paper products. An optional linen package is available for rent for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure.
