It was beach front. Had enough room and beds
There was limited cooking pots and pans were overused. Hard to cook a meal with the amount of of cooking supplies. The beds were too firm. The living room furniture could use some updating. Couch is worn out.

Great location, as pictured, and great view.
Dishes were not cleaned properly and the washing machine was very loud. Parking was limited.

We really enjoyed the location of the property. The view was nice from the balcony. It was close to the elevators which made things easier with kids. There were many options for the pools. Having three bedrooms was great to have with kids. Normal hotel rooms it’s just one giant room so having the privacy after the kids bedtime was a luxury to have. I really enjoyed the fact that you could do laundry in the room. Overall, the place was great for the price.
The place appeared clean and honestly was except the floors. I have a one year old that crawls and walks. After crawling on the floors, she stood up, and her legs had black marks all over them. The floors need to be more throughly mopped. There are not a lot of pots, pans, or cooking utensils. Which makes it difficult for those that don’t like to eat out everyday. The owners often messaged good information about check out and check in but would not respond to our questions or comments made. The place also needs a map that is provided. Trying to navigate the building was difficult especially with only being there for a short time. The place is advertised to have 20+ pools but finding them all is difficult unless you spend a day and search the building. I also don’t understand why the water slides are not included which is fine, we were told ahead of time but it still did not make sense to us. I would 100% book this place again until I saw the prices on booking double for next year. With the prices doubled for next summer, I would not book again unfortunately.

The location and the variety of pools. The AC worked great. The extended balcony with waterfront view was amazing. Long hours spent on the balcony due to rain forecast. The kitchen size was perfect for several women in the kitchen at one time. The hot showers and shower hose felt amazing, like a massage.
Lack of follow through in communication and poor cleanness. The front bedroom had a bug crawl up the wall, however the property had a notice that stated Pest Control would be throughout the building on Thursday to spray. We requested more than once about extra blankets and towels/washcloths, no one ever came. One of the hotel staff was nice enough to give us extra towels and take our dirty white towels. Unfortunately, my mom had the front bedroom and we had to go to Walmart to buy her a sheet set and extra blankets for the kids. One of the beds did not have a sheet on the bed, just the mattress cover and a blanket. One of the pillows on the same bed wasn’t a pillow at all, it was a pillow case stuffed with the dirty sheets from the previous guest. We had difficulty getting the TV remote to work due to a cable cord ilo regular internet. The beds were rough. Felt like we were sleeping on hardwood. It took over 24 hours for a response with no solution each time. The condo we stayed in had broken pots/pans. Paint was chipping off doors/walls. Would’ve been nice to have bar stools. The toilets run a little long after a flush, we shook the handle a few times to get it to stop.
