The staff were genuinely kind, friendly and responsive throughout our stay, and the room was cleaned regularly. Area itself remains peaceful but there is all you need around – mini market, scooter rental, cafes and even workout classes across the street.
I specifically chose this property because it is advertised as Adults Only. During two nights of our stay, guests with children were accommodated in the room next to ours. The property later explained that “there may be rare occasions where guests with children are present.” I deducted one star for each of those two nights. If a property is “Adults Only”, guests should be able to rely on that promise without exceptions. If exceptions exist, they should be clearly disclosed before booking, so guests can make an informed decision.

Basic but good for my requirements
Towels were getting a bit worn

Très confortable . Personnel très agréable . Piscine sympathique. Nous recommandons
Juste pour les personnes sensible au bruit, il n’y a aucune insonorisation dans les chambres, on entend absolument tous chez les voisins de chambre et à l’extérieur. Sinon tout ok

"Excellent new residence, very clean, lovely staff. A face massage salon and a restaurant nearby. If you want parties, this is not the area to live in but you can get to Canggu in 20/25 mins by bike."
