The home is close to Oita station, just a 10 minute walk. The modern structure is clean and nice with a cozy design.
The amenities were nice with laundry (no dryer - hanging rack only), and kitchenette, and small dining table, wifi, and a sizeable ofuna. The beds were modern with powered headboards providing convenient power outlets and a reading light.
We would recommend this small home for 1-2 people per apartment (there are 4 in the building but we think 1 is permanently occupied). Good for backpackers and tourists that need easy access to the train or busses in Oita.
The owners must have seen a booking for 2 adults but only provided 1 set of towels.
The home is right next to a nightly city bus storage. So the noise at night and in the morning as the bus drivers come and go is a bit bothersome.
While there were two beds this place would be better served by making the 2 beds a bunk bed setup. The apartment was too cramped to have two full beds on the floor. Consider replacing the two beds with stacked bunk beds to allow more living space.
One set of windows has no drapes. So the sunlight and city night lights flood in through those windows all the time. Consider drapes for the small windows.
Also, the television is far too big for such a small space. Replace the television with a smaller screen to account for the close.viewing distance.
The outside security lights were no functioning which presents a safety concern in the dark due to tripping, falling, and personal security.

今回は使用しなかったが、家みたいに調理などができるところ。
街に程よく近いところ。
一人当たりの金額が安い
敷地内に駐車場があると書いてあったが、軽専用で結局違うところに止めないといけなかったこと。(メッセージに軽専用と書いてて欲しかった)
