Our stay was good, the apartment had everything we needed

The aircon machines were too loud to leave on at night and we never received the coffee that the host promised to drop off the next morning

Unsafe, Freezing, No Basic Amenities – A Very Distressing Stay

This stay was extremely disappointing and stressful. The apartment had constant electricity issues, with the power repeatedly going out. The host did not come to assist and instead sent us a vague location, leaving us to search for the electrical switches ourselves in dark basement areas. This was unsafe and completely unacceptable. Soon after, the heating stopped working entirely. We spent two days in freezing conditions, unable to feel comfortable or safe. Despite knowing about the issue — and despite being aware that we were staying with a two-year-old child — the host stated that he could not help and showed no real concern for the situation. The Wi-Fi did not work at all during our stay. We reported this issue, but the host never responded or attempted to resolve it. In addition, there were no basic necessities provided in the apartment. There was no soap, no shampoo, and only a very small amount of toilet paper, with nothing else available. This is far below any reasonable standard for a short-term rental. The apartment was also extremely noisy. The windows did not close properly and had a large gap, letting in cold air and strong drafts, which made the apartment even colder. Because of this and the constant noise from the street, with people shouting outside, it was nearly impossible to sleep. Due to these conditions, we were forced to leave the apartment and pay for a hotel out of our own pocket. The apartment was also very dirty. The carpet was in terrible condition, made of a dried woven grass material that constantly shed fibers. The dust and particles were everywhere, making it unpleasant to breathe or sit on the furniture. To make matters worse, there was a noticeable smell of gas in the apartment, which raised serious safety concerns. Overall, the host was unfriendly and dismissive, and the property was not suitable for a comfortable or safe stay. We would strongly not recommend this accommodation, especially for families with children.

Gorgeous decor and big space! The apartment itself is super spacious and the rooms large as well! I traveled with my friend so we each have a room but for 2 couples will be amazing! The kitchen full equipped and beautiful! Nice living room for dinner or drinks with friends and overall supper comfy

Honestly hard to find something to pick about it!
