The staff were more than helpful and very warm with how they treated myself and fiancee. Filipa was absolutely amazing !
Maybe blinds that can add shade or black out the light. With the Florida heat it could get a little warm. Really no complaints though.

Segurança do quarto muito boa, aconchegante e singelo!
Mandei mensagem tentando antecipação do checkin e não tive retorno, só tive retorno ao chegar lá! Cheguei 12:30 e não puder entrar pois o checkin só podia ser às 16, o que até então estava tudo bem, esperei até o horário combinado e as 16:01 não recebi as informações necessárias, ligue repetidas vezes, quando finalmente 16:40 consegui atendimento e só fui entrar no hostel esse horário, quando a atende pediu desculpas pois o sistema dela tinha dado problema, o que me deixou surpreso já que pra mandar msg que eu não podia entrar antes eles não puderam, eu tinha muito compromissos o que ficou muito comprometido! Fora isso tudo muito bom
