Casa in posizione strategica con ampia possibilità di parcheggio lungo la strada e a pochi passi dal centro e dal mare. Proprietario super disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze.

La struttura è ben fornita, mancava solo qualche utensile per cucinare ma appena abbiamo chiesto supporto l'host e sua mamma si sono subito resi disponibili a fornire quello che abbiamo richiesto

La grande terrasse avec vue sur l'etna en éruption! ( mais escalier pour monter tres raide). La grande taille de la chambre et du salon, avec climatisation. La situation proche du centre et de la mer à pied.

L'odeur dans la salle de bains, mais il y a aussi une douche dans la cour intérieure. Tout petit bémol en cuisine: il manque une râpe à fromage (parmesan), un epluche legumes et un couteau de cuisine taille normale.

Die Wohnung ist grandios! Wunderschön alles! Man hat alles was man braucht, zwischen Küche und Bad ist alles vor Ort und ausgestattet. Das Bett ist bequem, alles ist sauber. Highlight der Wohnung ist die enorme Terasse, welche vorallem bei nicht ganz so perfektem Wetter einfach die bessere und bequemere Option ist, um nicht bis zum Strand laufen zu müssen. Auch sieht man von dort aus bei gutem Wetter den Ätna. Im Umkreis von wenigen 100 Metern gibt es alles was man braucht: Läden, Restaurants, Tabaktrafiken, Apotheke, alles...

Nörgeln auf hohem Niveau: der Fernseher macht irgendwie was er will und funktioniert manchmal und manchmal eben auch nicht. Ist im Urlaub wirklich kein Problem, aber abends einfach nur so einschalten um ein bisschen zu zappen, geht nur nach Laune des Fernsehers 🤣🙈

The steps up to the roof terrace are incredibly steep. If you have reduced mobility you would be unable to climb them.
