The butler service was amazing. They got back to messages super quickly and sorted out any requests straight away.
The homestay is in such a lovely quiet spot, with really pretty surroundings. You can take great photos anywhere you go. Breakfast tasted fantastic too! The room also has everything you need. The bedding is cosy, hot water and air‑con work perfectly. There is also a balcony with absolutely stunning sunset views. I’d definitely come back and would recommend this place to others!

Staff is helpful and breakfast was good. Hotel is close to the lake but it is a public park so it is not very "quaint".
Rooms are well sized.
Location is quite far away from the main city and the location is inside a public park - so while it is pretty, it is not really quiet.
Price is almost at par with some of the 5 star chain hotels

Just checked out after a wonderful three nights at The View Hotel Changsha, and we had to leave a review straight away!
The location is frankly unbelievably convenient. Right below the hotel is a stunning wetland park – absolutely perfect for morning walks or a leisurely evening stroll. Fresh air right on your doorstep! Getting around couldn't be easier. Hailed taxis are a breeze, and the metro station is literally just moments away, whisking you anywhere in the city in no time.
Inside the hotel, the café is a gem. Lovely spot for a proper coffee and a bite – great ambience too. But the real summer winner? The swimming pool! It's beautiful, clean, and sparkling. Taking a dip in this heat was an absolute godsend – incredibly refreshing and made our summer visit truly comfortable. Felt like a proper holiday treat!
Honestly, the combination of easy access to everything, the park views, the essential coffee stop, and that delightful pool made our stay genuinely relaxing and effortless. Highly recommend it, we do! Perfect for both exploring Changsha and just kicking back.

這間酒店位置超！級！無！敵！ 就在濕地公園的私密小島上～每天推開窗就是水岸第一排景觀，白鷺鷥在溼地飛來飛去，夕陽灑下來的時候美到像明信片，光拍照就殺光手機記憶體
無邊際泳池直接封神
那個Tiffany藍的無邊際泳池！游著泳能360度看濕地生態，晚上還打上夢幻紫光～我們家妹妹直接化身美人魚不肯上岸♀️ 而且池畔免費蝶豆花檸檬水超貼心，阿嬤都說讚！
餐飲台味十足
必須稱讚咖啡廳的古早味爆漿黑糖波堤Q到不行～餐廳更誇張！居然有西魯肉和櫻花蝦油飯這種辦桌菜，連三杯雞都用仿土雞腿肉 廚師根本台灣胃雷達～怕你吃膩還配鐵觀音奶茶，味道跟在鹿港老街喝的一模模一樣樣！

本來以為景觀房床鋪會犧牲舒適度...大錯特錯！ 那個床墊軟中帶Q像睡在雲上，羽絨被輕到幾乎沒感覺～老公秒睡還打呼害我笑出來

這種等級的景觀＋泳池＋餐點，別間至少多收三成！櫃檯阿哲還主動幫我們升等陽台房～只能說台灣人的待客之道在這邊完整復刻了啦💯 打包行李時全家哀嚎不想回家
