Cleanness
The apartment itself was fine, but the check-in and check-out instructions could be improved. The keybox was quite difficult to locate—the video explains how to unlock it, but clearer directions or a photo showing exactly where it is would have helped a lot. The trash-bin location was also confusing, as it was described as being in front of the building, but the actual bins were farther away.

The apartment was big and airy - high ceilings and spacious. Had everything we needed. Big window that opened with a courtyard view. The Cathedral quarter is fantastic. We walked everywhere. The host was responsive and patiently answered all my questions. Great restaurants and bars close by. Would highly recommend. My only regret was that we didn’t stay in Belfast longer!

We had breakfast in the apartment and ate in the evening in the excellent restaurants in St Ann's Square. Special mention to Coppi Italian restaurant. Great contact with hosts, helpful and nothing any trouble. Lovely airy apartment and well equipped and comfortable bed and bed settee. Quite location with walking distance to yours. All in all a brilliant holiday.
