It has the vibe and feel of a place time maybe tried to forget. The owners did a good job of creating a space where you can relax and just experience a unique stay. Location wise it was a quick drive to the lake to see Fuji, but honestly you could get great shots of Fuji just walking outside of the property.
I would like to have had a laundry machine versus relying on the one down the road. The bed was a little firm for my taste but the other people in my party like firm beds so not really an overall dislike.

What’s not to love!? Typical Japanese house refurbished with love and care. The game room and Super Nintendo were an absolute winner for the kids and adults alike!
