Había mal olor a humedad al llegar y el fregadero tenía un olor fuerte a comida podrida.

The location was great and the accessibility to the pool and splash pad as well as the play yard was great.

The townhome was not cleaned well. The window at the door was dirty and had cobwebs in it. Under the couch in the living area we found chips. The freezer had dirt under the drawer. When we first arrived and checked out the home (it was late), we noticed that one of the beds in the upper room was broken. We called to report the issue, and the receptionist said someone would come. No one ended up coming to fix the bed the entire stay. In the upper master bedroom closet, there was a playpen, stroller and other items that were available for use. Unfortunately, there was mold/ moisture damage on the stroller and other items in the closet, so I didn’t feel comfortable with using it or the closet. Overall, there seemed to be moisture issues and I believe mold as well because I have a sensitivity to it and I ended up with a runny nose, etc. During our stay, while my daughter was taking a shower, the ceiling started leaking in the living room onto the couch, which seemed to be an ongoing issue because there was that water stain in the ceiling when we arrived. Maintenance came to fix it and painted over the water stain. Maintenance, while there also fixed the vent in the upper master suite, made a mess and didn’t clean up, leaving black dust/dirt on the floor, toilet seat, sink and my personal items that were on the sink.
