We had a wonderful stay at Villa Isabel! The house itself is incredibly spacious, and has some very unique and particular features like the fascinating medieval style dining room. The outside space is wonderful. We spent most of our time outside eating in the veranda and enjoying the beautiful large garden and massive private swimming pool. Our kids absolutely loved it!! The villas also has spectacular views over the Tuscan hills and the beautiful city of Arezzo.
Nicola is a great host, very friendly, helpful and responsive. The lovely owner Domenico lives nearby and pops by every now and then. It has been a pleasure to meet him and hear his stories of the local area.

La casa è enorme, tantissime stanze da poter sfruttare anche in gruppi numerosi.. la piscina è spettacolare (anche se non è di recentissima costruzione) ed enorme anche lei, altezza max 3 metri.. mai trovata in case private!!
All'esterno è inoltre possibile pranzare, cenare o fare l'aperitivo dove meglio si crede, essendo provvista di vari punti "tavolo e ombrellone".
Nel complesso non manca nulla, magari giusto qualche lavoretto qua e là andrebbe fatto in quanto la casa qualche anno ce l'ha... Ma essendo in vacanza e potendo godere dell'intera fantastica proprietà, certe cose passano in secondo piano.

I really liked how spacious the property was and how peaceful the area felt. Even though it’s located away from the city, it was actually quite close and easy to get to. It was incredibly quiet – we could only hear crickets and the occasional passing train. The large swimming pool was also a big plus. Elena and her husband were very kind and helpful; they gladly recommended a lovely restaurant in the city center with a beautiful view and very reasonable prices. The owner – an elderly gentleman – was also a very friendly person. He was eager to meet us, though unfortunately we didn’t speak Italian and he didn’t speak English.
The pool, although beautiful, could definitely use a bit of renovation. Also, there were only four sun loungers by the pool – which was fine for us, but I imagine it might be a bit inconvenient for a larger group. There were also a few small things missing in the kitchen, like mugs for tea or wine glasses, but those were just minor details.

La struttura bellissima con tantissime potenzialità,ma manca manutenzione.
Casa molto sporca, bisogna migliorare le pulizie, ragnatele ovunque , utensili che mancano in tutti sensi, di ogni genere ,quelli che ci sono,sono inutilizzabile.
Prodotti di pulizia igiene in omaggio non c'era niente,vasca Jacuzzi non ho visto l'ombra
Macchina del caffè in cucina assente.......
Sala bigliardo chiusa,non si sa dove sono le chiavi.
In conclusione a mio parere bisogna rivedere tante cose, la casa merita.
