Non smoking, no pets please. Occupancy 10. Garage parking only. No over sized vehicles! Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. This is quite literally the perfect property! Close to the beach, just a short walk to many restaurants and convenience stores. The bus stop is just on the other side of the property. Plenty of amenities within the home as well. We enjoyed a week long stay and would return without question!!

Beautiful set up and easy up get to. Would have been nice to have at least 1 roll of toilet paper and paper bowls

Just a couple of things to be fine tuned. Clean air conditioner vents, tubs and shower heads, garbage disposal was not working but we fixed it. Bedspreads need to be cleaned. All in all a vacation with family is always a great time, and that is what we had. Thank you for sharing your home!
