Each room has simply the best elements to relieve stress and let you enjoy every moment you spend here. The yard is completely fenced in and has several features. During the day the light will stream into each room to welcome your days and to surround you with joy of Loxahatchee country life. Your two-car garage is spacious, clean and secure with steel garage door openers, clean shelves and washer/dryer and small folding table. The kitchen features large storage areas and sleek new countertops and modern appliance. This house features two dinning areas. In the kitchen area a solid wooden table which seats 6, s surrounded by three windows which overlook your pool and back yard, or you can choose to take your dinner outside on your screened patio's picnic table that seats 6. The Great room features a 70" Sony Bravia tv and two super comfy couches, seating for 8. The Private office has everything you need to either carry on business, check your emails or take a restful nap or sleep on the single bed. The Guest bedroom features a queen size bed, with a twin overhead bunk, a large closet area and new Samsung 4K TV. The master bedroom's plush King-sized bed, fresh linens and huge walk-in closet has ample space for your clothes and treasures. The Master bath's large counter will help you wake up and prepare you for your day. The walk-in shower Is soothing or take a relaxing jacuzzi while you look out at the private backyard. Or sit outside around the bon fire area and admire the stars. Everything in this house is serine and will add to your quiet luxury of modern country life. We the owners are local and have left a welcome basket with local businesses and things to see and do here in Palm Beach County.
