The property is located within the gated PGA National Resort, home the Honda Classic on the PGA Tour. There are beautiful parks within the community and great restaurants are just minutes from the property. Juno Beach is a 9 minute drive and is one of the best beaches in South Florida with free parking. West Palm Beach is a 15 minute drive from the property; walk the famous Worth Avenue in West Palm Beach or take a 5 minute drive to the Gardens Mall (Indoor and Outdoor). The outlet mall is located off Hwy 95 and is only 10 minutes from the condo. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is 15 minute away. Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) is 45 minute away. Great shopping, food, and beaches await your stay. There is free parking within the gated community next to the property. Pick-up trucks or any other type of trucks are not permitted in the parking area. They will be towed. Pets that are above 25 pounds are strictly prohibited by the PGA community. If you wish to bring a pet, you must include a pet at the time of booking. I do charge a pet fee. If you plan on having visitors, they need to be included in the number of guests you indicate at the time you make your booking. For example, if you have 4 guest staying overnight, but will have 2 day visitors, you must book for 6 guests. 2. You will need you to sign our Property Use Agreement within the next 24 hours of booking or your booking is subject to cancellation. The docusign link will be sent to you through VRBO after you book.

Foremost, our host David was incredibly responsive. On top of that, the condo was more spacious than we had expected. Plenty of of bed space for everyone. Otherwise, my personal favorite is how the check in and check out process were so easy. There wasn’t any 20 step checklist to enter and leave the apartment.

Property was perfect for us. Newly renovated and in a great area. Large wrap around lanai is great for sitting outside. Host was great at communicating and we’d easily recommend to anyone

We spent two weeks in March and thoroughly enjoyed it. We would choose to stay here again. It was clean, very nicely updated and in a good location. The golf course view out the living room and porch was very peaceful.

My father passed away 2 days after I reserved the property. It was inside the no-refund window. Prior to my Dad’s passing, David was almost instantly responsive to any questions I had. When I asked for consideration due to the unfortunate circumstance, David went dark on me. For 3 days I tried to reach him by phone, message thru listing, and text. Nothing. Then at the 11 hour he texted “ We have a very strict cancellation policy. I am very sorry for your loss.” He was under no obligation to help me, and he took full advantage.

Property was exactly as shown in the photos. We really liked the modern new furnishing and totally upgraded appliances and showers. Beds were amazingly comfortable. We would definitely recommend this great property. Ideal location, close to many amenities.
