West Palm Beach is a 15 minute drive from the property; walk the famous Worth Avenue in West Palm Beach or take a 5 minute drive to the Gardens Mall (Indoor and Outdoor). The outlet mall is located off Hwy 95 and is only 10 minutes from the property. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is 15 minute away. Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) is 45 minute away. Great shopping, food, and beaches await your stay. There is free parking within the gated community next to the property. Pick-up trucks or any other type of trucks are not permitted in the parking area. They will be towed. Pets that are above 25 pounds are strictly prohibited by the PGA community. If you wish to bring a pet, you must include a pet at the time of booking. I do charge a pet fee. Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 has 1 King bed Bedroom 2 has 1 Queen bed Bedroom 3 has 4 Double beds (2 Restoration Hardware double bunks) Full Size Baby Crib The Property is Licensed by the State of Florida as Public Lodging Establishment for Transient Occupancy. House Rules: 1. Only the registered guests in your booking shall be permitted in the residence at anytime. We do not permit additional day time or night time visitors. If you plan on having visitors, they need to be included in the number of guests you indicate at the time you make your booking. For example, if you have 4 guest staying overnight, but will have 2 day visitors, you must book for 6 guests. 2. You will need you to sign our Property Use Agreement within the next 24 hours of booking or your booking is subject to cancellation. The docusign link will be sent to you through VRBO after you book.

We are a family with junior golfers that played in a tournament at PGA National. This property is a good value relative to the price of staying at the resort. It met our expectations.

I do not normally post reviews but I wanted to take a moment to thank David for sharing his home with us. We had 4 adults and 2 toddlers and the home worked beautifully for us. The 3 bedroom home, the kitchen and great screened in porch with AMAZING sunrises was an unexpected surprise. We celebrated birthdays and the holidays and hope to do so again. Thank you.

This villa offered a very comfortable stay. It had great beds and linen. Bathrooms were just like pictured. The view of golf course and water feature was delightful. TV’s in each bedroom but you need your own streaming info. WiFi great. The owner very communicative. Most of our stay it was two of us. When we were 6 there was not enough silverware, glasses or towels. It would have been a problem if I could not borrow from friends I had in the area. I mentioned this to the owner. The kitchen had plenty of cooking items.

David was a pleasure to deal with and made everything seamless. The condo was great and I'd definitely stay there again. The dryer was acting up and not working near the end of the stay, but that's just part of life whenever you stay at a place with appliances. David was on top of everything and the condo had everything needed to be able to show up with only clothes, etc., and move right in. 5 star host!

It was a perfect family getaway. Check in was easy. The condo was spacious. (One review mentioned the queen bedroom was closet sized but I thought it was a decent sized room!) the kitchen was fully equipped for a variety of cooking options. The screened in back porch was a perfect space to relax in the morning with coffee.

We enjoyed our two month stay here despite several maintenance issues that we initially encountered.
Management did an excellent job of responding to our concerns. The condo has three bedrooms but private access from the master bedroom to the master bath is through the third bedroom. I read the prior review of this condo, and there were NO bats seen and NO health issues staying here. Condo has a new full-size crib and high chair, making it nice for grandchildren to visit. The water view of the retention pond and golf course is outstanding. Lots of turtles and birds, including a roseate spoonbill!
We are giving 4 stars instead of 5 because closet space is insufficient for a long stay, and some of it is occupied by owner’s supplies.

We were extremely disappointed with this property and genuinely concerned from a health perspective. The overall apartment impression wasn't what was depicted in the pictures but that was somewhat expected. The real issues were the safety hazards. We were staying in this unit for a couple months as we're in the process of moving. Every couple days we would have to sweep the front porch because we thought the tree overhanging the front stoop was dropping seeds of some sort with an unpleasant smell. Not the end of the world, until one day around dusk we realized they weren't seeds at all but bat droppings as we saw the actual bats flying around!! Mind you, we're not talking about a couple droppings. Every 2-4 days there would be mounds we would have to sweep off the front stoop! Like most people we've never dealt with bats so every day we're walking over these "seeds" and unknowingly walking in bat waste. We even had two injured live bats end up right on the front porch! To make matters worse, there is a 1/2 gap in the front door so the unpleasant odor flowed into the house not to mention allowed bugs to come and go freely. After contacting the host, wildlife control came out within 4-5 days and left a huge net up for about a week after that and eventually sealed the nest hole. The hosts initial response was somewhat blaming us like we should have diagnosed the bat problem sooner, said the bats were an endangered species making me think this wasn't the first he'd heard of the issue, and then actually debated the safety of bat waste being in the walkway. The other hazard is there is mold growing on the air vents and ceiling from the general humidity in the unit probably caused by the gap in the front door. The back patio screen is also in very poor shape leading to it constantly being dirty with leaves, bugs, and dirt blowing in. Outside of the poorly kept unit, the overall community is nice, feels safe, and neighbors were friendly. We documented everything so hopefully this allows us to post pictures.

I found this place on VRBO and reached out to David. He responded right away and we got the ball rolling. The next day we headed to West Palm Beach and had a very lovely stay at their condo! It was very clean with all the amenities that we needed. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet with lots of places to walk and parks for the kids to play in. There are plenty of restaurants close by and grocery stores as well. The beaches were a little farther away than we would have liked but it was not a problem. Lots of things to do nearby. We had a wonderful stay and any communication we had with the managers was timely and helpful. Loved our stay at this location!

Also the “3rd bedroom” in this unit is a converted closet (no windows, shares bath with master, and tiny), thus the reason no pictures are shown. The entire unit has close to zero closet space. So, while we had a wonderful time, the descriptions of the opportunity are a bit misleading. Lastly, we had issues with the washing machine (broken for initial 10 days) and while management was communicative and responsive in efforts to fix it over a holiday period, and gave us access to another unit we had to drive to to use for laundry, no credit was offered (which seems a bit unfair).

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at PGA National. Easy walking distance to all amenities and nicely updated decor. Owner was quick to offer excellent solution to minor AC issue so we were more then satisfied with everything. Highly recommended :)

The apartment is tasteful & well kept. Has all the things you need in bath & kitchen. Nice view out back and saw lots of wildlife just sitting on porch - birds, cranes, gator, turtles. Lots of nice walking paths in community.

Fantastic 3 bedroom with golf course views
This is a very nice rental in PGA National, on the ground floor with a beautiful view of a lake and the golf course. It was quiet in October and the owner was easily reachable for questions. The villa has been recently renovated and has everything you need very a comfortable stay.
