About this apartment rental
Come and enjoy by staying in this 12th floor, fully furnished studio. It is Privately owned and located at the Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center. It is located the north end and quieter side of Daytona Beach near Ormond and 2 miles north of the Boardwalk.
Enjoy the Atlantic Ocean beach with white sand, sunrise or set and fresh air. Open the curtains with the large sliding door you can enjoy the amazing Ocean View of the North beach/ocean.

-Full size sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress
- Private balcony (balcony is narrow)
- 37" Flat Screen TV
-DVD Player
- Dining Table and chairs
- Efficiency Kitchenette with full size fridge and ice maker, two stove top burners, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, utensils, dishes and glassware.
-Linen for beds
-Towels One set for each person - sleeps up to 4 people
-Iron/ironing board
-Hair dryer
-Private balcony with a stand up view and stools are provided to sit onto the balcony.
It is furnished to have a comfortable and relaxing vacation.

-You have On-site laundry Coin operated 2nd to 5th floors

Conveniently located within walking distance for shopping or dining. Some of the places are Publix (Grocery), Walgreens , Bealls, Bealls Outlet, Dollar Tree, Big Tuna and other restaurants.
Approx. 2 miles to the Shoppes at Ocean Walk, Theater, Ocean Center and Main Street. 20 minute drive to Daytona USA for Speedway Racing. One and half hour drive to Disney, Epcot Center, Kennedy Space Center, one hour to St. Augustine.
On the day of arrival prior to 3PM, you will receive the check-in information containing all the instructions necessary for your stay with the code to the keypad that is on the door.

The Daytona Beach Resort is undergoing restoration to the seawall.
*Open Amenities: North Pool (Heated), Indoor Pool (unheated), South Spa (unheated), Fitness Room, Sauna, Beach Access.
*Closed Amenities: Tiki Bar, Restaurant, Parking Garage, South Pool, North Spa, Kiddie Pool.
*Parking Free - One parking pass is provided where it will be found inside the Room.
Parking in front of the building or next door of the Resort. Upon departure parking pass would need to left inside the room.
*There is beach access still available right next door.
As a private owner in the resort, you may require assistance during your stay. Please rest assured that you can contact me and more than willing to help you with any issues or concerns you may have. The Daytona Beach Resort will be going through renovations/restoration to the seawall. Please contact Owner for Updates during the process to get the Resort back, Your patience is appreciated.

The room was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. Vita was great with her communication with us. Parking was tight but Vita had no control over that.

We stayed at two different units in the same building for our stay. Both units were very clean and welcoming. Both were just as described on the listing. The communication with the owner was very pleasant and clear. Vita was very accommodating. We happen to require and extra night earlier than planned and Vita help facilitate which was very appreciated. We would definitely stay again in either unit. The resort unfortunately is still under partial renovations because of the storms so the pools, tiki and restaurant and bar was closed but it is disclosed on the listing and since we were in town for the Daytona 500 we didn’t miss it. People staying at the resort were all very nice. It is quite a drive to the Daytona International Speedway but easy to get to and the units had amazing views and beach was easy to access. Parking was always available and also easy to access. Thank you Vita !!!!!!!!

The overall property needs to begin repairs to the facility as it’s been years since the hurricane that caused the damage hit Daytona Beach
