PRIVATE PRIVATE PRIVATE would the three words I would use to describe The Garage-this one of a kind, surprisingly spacious barn-style tiny home! At 400 Sf, you'll get the same comfort & amenities you would from a regular home while being able to tell your friends you stayed in a tiny home!
Here for work? Only 3 blocks from I-45 and HYPER fast wifi gives you access to the interwebs or the interstate so you can get work done with efficiency.
Here to AVOID work? Me too! Enjoy a romantic a nice dip and sunset from our cozy patio hot tub or catch a concert at Cynthia Wood Pavilion 5 minutes away!
All listed amenities are yours and yours alone to enjoy, a true private tiny home experience!
The home is furnished with one queen-size memory foam bed in the bedroom, and one queen-size, pull-out sleeper sofa. (We'll let you draw straws to decide who is sleeping where—ha!) The optimal number of guests would be 1-2 people. But we can definitely fit 4 if you're willing to squeeze!
Inside the kitchen, you'll find the convenience of a Keurig coffee machine with all the coffee you could want, silverware, pots, pans and plates and really everything you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch!
The living room is furnished with a pristine 55" flat-screen TV, a cozy leather couch, and a 41" fold out sturdy work desk, so you can utilize the space the way YOU want to! Whatever you use it for, you'll be catching sun rays all day from our large open windows and a full view 6 panel aluminum garage door.
Just behind the couch you'll find a floating bar which can accommodate 4 hungry eaters!
In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important things like:
- A Hot Tub
- Private Driveway
- Private Backyard
- Covered Front porch
- Time-machine (ok, maybe no time-machine)
- And even a BACK-UP generator (which comes in handy during hurricane season!)
You'll also have tons of privacy all of these ADDITIONAL amenities including:
- Washer and dryer
- Blow dryer
- Iron and ironing board
- Super Fast Wifi and Ethernet Connection
- Plenty of towels, soap, napkins, filtered water, oxygen and more.

Host was available and answered any questions in a timely manner. Cute spot and the yard is completely fenced in and large enough for my dogs to run around. Hot tub was nice, fits 2 comfortably. Great experience!

Very cozy and comfortable! Everything is exactly as listed! Travis is very attentive and friendly! Highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed!

Despite the heavy rain the stay was great! The home though small was just enough for me and my two tweens. Travis was very responsive when we reached out and the hot tub was a bonus...had enough of a break in rain to get in briefly. Small fenced in dog run for our fur babies was very convenient just needs a light for evenings it gets pitch black behind the home at night. Definitely would recommend this home for anyone staying in Spring.
