The location was great and onsite facilities albeit the swimming pool is not available on Monday's which was a shame but appreciate it needs to be cleaned. If there were issues for example broken crockery it was swiftly resolved as was the fuse blowing when the near hob area plug was used (it happens frequently - we were shown where the box was and to flick the switch up). The location was good and convenient and also I was appreciative my request for an air fryer on arrival was sorted. I would definitely stay again.
Pool closed on Monday but that is no one's fault, it has to be serviced! Also there were no bar stools as per the photos - I did express my disappointment on arrival and was advised they were very old pictures - but as my daughter and I like eating at kitchen bar it was a shame but there was of course a suitable table and chairs. My only other gripe would be the air con unit was a bit noisy compared to other places I have stayed and the neighbours above like walking very early in the morning over the lounge area!

The location and the view. Very close to my son. I would stay again.
Furnishings need updated, as well as cookware. There were no pot holders or can opener that worked. Need better cooking utensils. Also, bedroom carpet was very dirty.

This was our third year. The price is right. Location is good. Safe neighborhood
I feel like it could have been a little cleaner. There was stuff on the floor from the last visitors. My feet were dirty like they didn’t mop before we came.

Yes beautiful
The bed was very uncomfortable we left early because we couldn’t sleep another day on the bed.
