Property was clean and comfortable
Breakfast was too crowded, food on the buffet was not being replenished, not enough staff to ensure everything was neatly replaced. Facility and food was not big enough for the amount of people, long waiting time to eat

All the team were so polite and accommodating . We fell in love with Okinawa and the tean and hotel was a big factor in that. Thank you

There’s a lot of pools but close together so you can’t really tell there’s different pools. The pool is also warmed so if you like waddling in it, then it’s the best to be in and not feel cold
The location is far out from everything. It’s not that relaxing since all it is is the pool. There’s not much else to do. The hotel is also an older establishment. You really need a car to get around. It’s super busy too so it feels crowded. I like other places in Okinawa better.
