About this apartment rental

Welcome to the newest build in Dyersville! This sleek, modern condo is located just 4 miles from The Field of Dreams movie site, MLB stadium and soon to be completed youth baseball complex. It is also one block off of downtown Dyersville with its many restaurants, brewery and other attractions. Enjoy all the amenities of a full home with the ease of a condo.

This is a great spot if you are in town for baseball. Right next to the brewery, ice cream shop and restaurants on 1st. Close to everything and a very comfy condo.

The condo was spacious, clean and well equipped (TV, bedding, bathroom, utensils, etc.). The instructions were clear and well thought out. The location is great. It is within 1 - 2 blocks of restaurants, the Basilica and the Field of Dreams Museum. The condo was also very quiet.
